Light in Bone
Bone establishes the first register, while dusty rose and ink alter its emotional temperature across the landscape surface. Together they establish a translucent light. Broad pauses allow each tonal change to register with unusual clarity. Visual weight gathers toward the right, leaving the opposite margin unusually active. The resulting tension between memory and anticipation gives the work its inward rhythm. The composition reads less as an answer than as a thought still taking shape.
