An Unresolved Veil of Vermilion
The work organizes vermilion, dusty rose, and sienna as distinct but interdependent presences. A balanced tonal range and measured contrast shape its still pace. This unresolved veil is reinforced by the placement of visual weight. Visual weight gathers toward the right, leaving the opposite margin unusually active. In this arrangement, presence and erasure remain deliberately unresolved. The eye is invited to complete what the surface deliberately withholds.
